Refund policy

You may exchange or return an item within 10 days of purchase, per the consumer protection law of Uzbekistan.

Return conditions

• original condition and consumer properties preserved;
• packaging and contents preserved;
• proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

How it works

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. We agree the return method — drop-off or courier.
3. After inspection we refund via the original payment method, usually within 3–10 banking days.

Exceptions

Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless the defect is a manufacturing one. For factory defects we replace the item or refund in full — return delivery is on us. +998712525287
